     All about the workshop...There are countless loving beings in the Universe:  angels, guides, ancestors, animals, ascended masters, galactic councils, extraterrestrials, and light beings... all eager to help us remember who we are. In this experiential workshop, I get to teach you how to connect with these benevolent realms through the pure, protective vibration of Love. You’ll learn how to open your intuitive channels easily, discern energy clearly, and co-create with the higher dimensions for guidance, healing, and joy.

The goal isn’t to escape Earth; it’s to bring more love here. And YOU are the conduit!

You Will Learn How To:

• Tune your body and energy field to the frequency of Love

• Connect with benevolent beings from the angelic, ascended, and galactic realms

• Recognize your personal channel of communication (seeing, hearing, feeling, knowing, or sensing)

• Discern when a message is coming from you, versus Spirit

• Ground your energy before and after channeling so you stay balanced and embodied

• Use the Love frequency as your filter for clear, safe communication

Through guided meditations, light movement, approachable techniques, and gentle problem solving, you’ll discover that you are not “learning” to channel...you are remembering how to speak the universal language of Love.

Bring: An open heart, a journal or notebook, writing utensil, yoga mat or blanket/towel to rest on, water for drinking

Optional: Pendulum or dowsing rods

Optional: a favorite crystal or sacred object to charge with love
